Might be Sterling. I have already put them away, but seems they have a lot of writing. Other than the maker make and 26 numbers

Now that I see the photos

A not so great stone replacement probably 50 years ago. Can see some traces of glue on rhinestones

Metal is great(can’t fix that like you can fix stones)
