Vintage Large Open Set Glass Rhinestone Bow Pin Brooch Rhodium Plated 1940s

This I believe I have seen in a book,however cannot find now of course.

The stones is multi faceted very light blue glass

Great condition

Might be signed near The glass stone on back but I cannot make it out

Definitely early designer piece

Great condition for its age
