I can’t tell if it is a flower , or maybe fruit hanging

Very well made

Very shiny rhodium plate after all these years

Looks like of like Boucher pieces, if not a similar designer

At different angles stones look sparkling the bottom has a few darkening ones and maybe the top center of the flower. Dirty like maybe under stone.

Very unique can’t find any similar mu
